Save the date! Join us for Love Over Fear: Celebrating 25 Years of Building Beloved Community — our fourth annual benefit concert, an evening of music and storytelling that celebrates communities across race, language, and immigration status. Experience a powerful lineup of local BIPOC musicians as we explore themes of journey, justice, and liberation. This year holds special meaning as IM4HI marks 25 years of this work. We look back with gratitude at our roots and the leaders whose courage and vision made this moment possible — and we look forward, together, to the future we’re still building. Proceeds will advance IM4HI’s work to demand the full humanity of every individual through immigration and decarceration advocacy, accompaniment, and the leadership development of directly impacted leaders and faith allies. This is a critical time to stand in solidarity with our immigrant and formerly incarcerated neighbors! This year’s show will once again be produced by Benjamin Mertz (aka BenjaSoul), IM4HI board chair and renowned composer/performer specializing in the rich tradition of Black Spiritual music, and held for a fourth year at The Freight.
