Conference Correspondent Registration

Do you have a photographic eye? A gift for gab? A way with words? Are you passionate about the ministry your congregation is doing in your community? We're looking for a team of "correspondents" who are willing to volunteer two or three hours every couple of months in order to help us broadly share the story of what the Holy Spirit is doing in the Northern California Nevada Conference. For those with skills in photography or graphic design, we celebrate your gifts for showing us off through printed and social media: reports, Instagram feeds, website sliders, newsletters, and marketing materials. For those with skills in writing, we celebrate your gifts for sharing our story: press releases, website copy, newsletter articles, ready-made bulletin and newsletter inserts for churches. For those with skills in spoken word and videography: we celebrate your gifts for positioning our work through emerging media, podcasts, YouTube links, and more! You don't need to know the difference between Instagram and TikTok, have the editorial skills to catch a comma splice or redundant spaces after punctuation, or hold strong opinions on the merits of Adobe Premiere vs. Final Cut Pro. All you need is the ability to work in a digital-first format, comfort with online collaboration tools, time for a quarterly team meeting (on Zoom), and flexibility for at least three "assignments" per calendar year.
