The Northern California Nevada Conference encourages Local Churches and Authorized Ministers to utilize our e-signature service to capture necessary signatures to Call Agreements. This effective solution ensures that each party to the Call Agreement, as well as the Conference as registrar of churches and ministers, can quickly and confidently complete the call process no matter where people are.
The treasurer of the Local Church is requested to complete this form and submit the finalized Call Agreement. They will need the name, email address, and phone number of the Local Church moderator/president, clerk/secretary, and the called Authorized Minister, along with a copy of the agreed Call Agreement. Please note, PDF or Word documents (.pdf, .doc, or .docx) are accepted for the Call Agreement.
Within two business days, each of the four parties will receive an email invitation to complete an electronic signature on the document. Once all signatures are complete, the complete, signed document will automatically be forwarded to each signatory and retained in the Authorized Minister’s file with the Conference.
